Elizabeth received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Franciscan University of Steubenville and is currently in her last year of grad school working toward her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling through Divine Mercy University. Elizabeth’s experience working with children in CPS, incarcerated men and inner city teens have instilled in her a greater desire to assist individuals in their healing journey whilst promoting their dignity, personal life experience and vocation.
Elizabeth’s Catholic faith informs her counseling and view of the person seeing the individual as inherently good, worthy of healing and healed through relationships with others. Elizabeth works with a variety of individuals from those struggling with anxiety, depression, addictions, relationship distress and trauma. Elizabeth utilizes evidenced base practices such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Skills, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interview, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
